My lab has developed a unique cell-free transcription-translation platform to construct biochemical systems in vitro through the execution of gene circuits in either test tube reactions or at the scale of cells in microfluidics. I will present this technology, its unique versatility and capabilities, and the various applications that we are currently developing, with a focus on gene circuit prototyping.
