Abstract
In this talk I will explore state dependent dynamic networks where network properties are influenced by the state of a dynamic system that can potentially be controlled. An example of such network properties include the existence of an edge as a function of the states of incident nodes as well as adaptive edge weights that are updated as a function of node states. We then explore connections between state-dependent networks and random graphs through the notion of regularity as well as the role of time scales in analyzing state-dependent networks. Lastly, we will examine system theoretic features of network formation, network adaptation, and dynamic graph processes.
